New Membership
Membership to Property Owners' Association of New South Wales is $80 per year, and is tax deductible.
You can become a member of POA NSW using one of the methods below. If you are an existing member, please visit our membership renewal page.
Online Membership System
Join POA NSW using our online membership system and pay securely using your Visa/MasterCard or by Cheque. You will receive a tax invoice via email as soon as you sign up and pay for your membership online. We will then automatically send you a membership renewal every 12 months from the date of your initial membership.
Our membership system is fully secure. Joining online will also give you exclusive access to the members' area of this website.

- A journal summarising our organisations’ activities in the market place and information relevant to residential rental property ownership in NSW
