Simon is our go to expert for strata management affairs. He is a mechanical engineer who worked for the Commonwealth Government for 15 years in various technical roles involving a diverse range of projects for all Commonwealth Government Departments ranging from building services to various Defense projects and aircraft facilities.
He spent two years working in a commercial property development company undertaking a wide range of activities.
Simon was involved in all aspects of new buildings, refurbishment of old existing building at all UNSW sites for over a decade.He has also been involved in property development and management for the last 13 years which included a lot of exposure to the strata legislation.
